Product overview
The APC AP7801B is a second generation switched rack PDU, formatted in 1U horizontal, that has the ability to provide reliable power distribution as well as outlet-level control. It fits network closets, edge racks, and lab equipment where you would like to perform remote rebooting, sequencing of power to orderly power usage, and have a clear view of load to avoid tripped power breakers.
Built to be simple to deploy and scale, it has built-in network monitoring and user-configured alarms and an environmental sensor port to support temperature and humidity probes. Tool-free services, strap-tightening, and well-labeled sockets allow maintaining the installation clean and maintainable.
