The APC AP9571A is a reliable, no-frills 1U rack power strip with network closets, laboratories, and server racks that do not need an outlet switch or remote management. It provides clean distributed 120 volt power to several devices using the same 15 amp circuit, which makes cabling easy and eliminates the daisy-chain mess of wall warts and power strips.
It has a low-profile metal chassis, labeled outlets and strong mounting hardware designed to install quickly and have a long service life. Capacity and recovery is easy with front-facing indicators and a resettable circuit breaker, and to ensure critical plugs are kept in busy racks, there are cord-retention clips.
