The APC SRT6KXLT is designed in such a manner that it sustains critical infrastructure uptime with hard electrical conditions. Its two-way online design has made sure that the equipment connected to it will always receive clean power regardless of the changes in the input power or the unstable nature thereof. Since it does not directly switch to utility power (as with line-interactive or standby UPSes), it has protection against transfer delays and irregularities in voltage and frequency.
The unit comes with a wide range of outlet configurations (region or model variant), including NEMA L6-20R and L6-30R and some have IEC C13 / C19 outlets. Its motherboard also has USB, serial and Ethernet ports, as well as a Smart-Slot to add extension card support- remote monitoring, remote reporting, and automation of shutdown can be done via the motherboard (e.g., PowerChute or similar).
