Product overview
The Cisco Catalyst C1300-24P-4G is a small access-layer switch with PoE power and simple and consistent operation designed to work in small campuses, branches, retail locations, and classrooms requiring PoE power operation. Twenty-four Gigabit copper ports with PoE+ support phones, cameras, access points, and IoT endpoints without additional injectors or wall warts and four dedicated 1G SFP uplinks are available to deliver clean fiber backhaul to your distribution/core.
It is one of the parts of the modern Catalyst access family, which includes basic Layer 2/Layer 3 capabilities, edge security controls, and management that is supportive of automation in a silent, 1RU chassis. What has been created is a readily deployable workhorse that maintains users connected, powered and segmented with very little effort.
