Product Overview
CyberPower CPS1215RMS is a stable 1U rackmount power distribution unit (PDU) that has been created to deliver clean and stable power to the network devices, servers, and other sensitive equipment within the data centers and other IT settings. It has 12 NEMA 5-15R outlets with a 15-amp circuit breaker to provide a high-efficiency delivery of power and to control the overloading situation.
The CPS1215RMS is also available in a 1U horizontal (horizontal mounting) and 0U vertical (vertical mounting) with flexible mounting, thus suitable for network racks, server cabinets, and audio/video installations. It is designed to be plumbed in either horizontal (1U) or vertical (0U) mode. The metal case makes it more reliable, and its power cord is 15 feet in length, thus able to reach power outlets easily.
The unit is programmed to work continuously, where one 120 V AC power source is divided to supply various appliances connected to it. It has an overload protection system that automatically switches off power whenever the load is too high and the equipment is not damaged. This is a cost-efficient and energy-efficient PDU that is ideal for small and medium-sized network systems in need of reliable power distribution and surge suppression.
