Product Overview
Juniper EX4100-48P is a managed switch engine Ethernet switch of the next generation, targeted at fulfilling the high-performance enterprise and campus networks. Having 48 PoE+ Gigabit Ethernet ports and a high-speed uplink, it provides a better network, flexibility, and power usage. It is based on Juniper EX Series architecture and supports cloud-ready environments, Mist AI integration, and provides better network visibility, automation, and security.
The EX4100-48P is ideal as an access layer and aggregation layer and adds simplification to network management by providing intent-based operations and zero-touch provisioning (ZTP). Its Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) also allows direct powering of the devices connected with it, such as IP cameras, access points, and VoIP phones. The EX4100 series is engineered to be more reliable and scalable to provide long-term operation in strenuous IT environments.
This switch also comes with redundant power supply, advanced Layer 2 and Layer 3 routing protocols, and Virtual Chassis technology, which enables various switches to work as a single logical unit, thus making it suitable in the current enterprise network architecture.
