Product overview
The Synology ActiveProtect DP7400 is a specifically created backup equipment that is pre-assembled to defend your whole environment; virtual machines, SaaS, databases, and physical servers without assembling individual hardware and software. It consolidates backup, deduplication, replication, and recovery processes on a hardened platform to simplify deployment to such an extent that you can begin securing data within a few minutes.
The DP7400, which is scalable, can support up to 2,500 servers and 150,000 workloads in clustered environments with only one, policy-driven interface. The features that make the ransomware resistant, like immutability, WORM storage option, and air-gapped copies are useful to protect your backups, and verification drills and Btrfs self-healing are used to guarantee the validity of your recovery plans when you actually require them.
