ViewSonic CDE9830 is designed for large venues and continuous operation. It has a large 98-inch display that has a high-brightness panel and an anti-glare coating, and can be used in auditoriums, lobbies, conference rooms, or electronic signature walls. The display is supported in portrait and landscape modes, providing more flexibility in use, such as a vertical directory, a landscape presentation board, or making up a multi-screen video wall.
It is highly connected: HDMI ports (including chaining/tiled array output), USB-C (capable of video, data, and supplying up to 65W) ports, USB-A ports, LAN, RS-232, and so on. To share content wirelessly and seamlessly, it can be cast using myViewBoard Display, ViewBoard Cast, AirPlay, and Chromecast. It has an embedded Android platform (with quad-core SoC) capable of running signage, schedule content, and playing media without having to have an external PC or media player- this makes it easier to install and operate.
On the management level, myViewBoard Manager can be used by administrators to remotely update firmware, deploy content, view usage, control input switching, and manage a number of units in case they are deployed in a campus or corporate setting. It is built to fit into existing infrastructure by being integrated with professional AV control systems such as Crestron, Extron, and AMX.
